This Agreement constitutes a public offer of the Service Provider (hereinafter — the “Company”) and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the “User”) who uses the website https://skill4ever.com (hereinafter — the “Website”) for the purpose of searching for and/or posting job vacancies, submitting and/or viewing résumés, and/or participating in educational services.

Use of the Site by the User implies full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

1. User Obligations

1.1. Comply with the current legislation of Ukraine and the terms of this Agreement.

1.2. Provide accurate information in your profile, resume, job postings, and educational courses.

1.3. Do not create multiple accounts for one individual or legal entity.

1.4. Not to post content that is misleading, fake, or does not correspond to reality.

1.5. Not to publish job vacancies or educational services that violate ethical and legal norms, contain discriminatory features, or require financial investments from candidates.

1.6. Indicate the actual place of work or provision of services in job vacancies and courses.

1.7. Do not duplicate job vacancies, resumes, or educational services with identical or minimally different content.

1.8. Avoid excessive use of capital letters and repetition of words in titles.

1.9. Do not use the Site to advertise third-party services, distribute spam, send mass mailings, or attract users to third-party resources.

1.10. Do not publish profanity, threats, or insults to other users or the Company.

1.11. Do not post information that violates the territorial integrity of Ukraine or promotes prohibited organizations.

1.12. Follow the rules for posting company names and categories in accordance with the topic of the publication.

1.13. Do not post discriminatory requirements (based on gender, age, nationality, etc.).

1.14. Do not use the site for recruitment or job offers in the Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Crimea, and ORDLO.

1.15. Be personally responsible for the information posted on the Site and its compliance with the requirements of the law and the rights of third parties.

2. Limitation of liability

2.1. The Company is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or truthfulness of the information posted by Users.

2.2. The Company does not guarantee the achievement of a specific result when using the Site, in particular in the search for work, personnel, or educational services.

2.3. The Company is not responsible for technical failures, loss of data, or any damage that may arise from the use of the Site.

2.4. Registration of an account by users under the age of 18 is permitted only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians. By completing the registration, the user confirms that they are authorized to create an account or have obtained the appropriate consent from their parents (legal guardians). The Company is not responsible for any false information provided by the user.

3. Rights of the Company

3.1. Modify the Site, change the list of services, their cost, and terms of access without notice.

3.2. Delete or edit materials that violate the Agreement, damage the reputation of the Company or other users.

3.3. Use materials published by the User in the public domain to promote the platform and partner initiatives.

3.4. Make changes to this Agreement unilaterally. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Site.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1. By posting personal data on the Website, the User agrees to its processing in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data.”

4.2. Personal data is used for the purpose of providing services: creating a profile, publishing job vacancies and resumes, participating in courses, communicating with the User.

4.3. The User has the right to change, supplement, or delete their personal data through their personal account.

4.4. The term of processing of personal data is until the User withdraws their consent or deletes their account.

4.5. Requests regarding personal data can be sent to skill4ever.team@gmail.com or via the feedback form on the website.

5. Payment and settlements

5.1. The procedure for payment and settlements shall be governed by the provisions of the Public Agreement published at the following link https://skill4ever.com/en/public-offer

6. Third-party services

6.1. The website uses the European Commission's ESCO classification.
